Written Proposal & Contract

Every event receives a written proposal with itemized pricing, deposit schedule, cancellation policy, and scope of services before any payment is requested.

Planning & Vendor Coordination

We manage the planning timeline, vendor relationships, permits, and logistics from contract signing through production — with regular check-ins and transparent updates.

Day-Of Execution

On the day, we are the single point of contact for every vendor. You don't manage logistics — we do. You arrive as a guest, not a coordinator.
