We manage the planning timeline, vendor relationships, permits, and logistics from contract signing through production — with regular check-ins and transparent updates.
On the day, we are the single point of contact for every vendor. You don't manage logistics — we do. You arrive as a guest, not a coordinator.

Lumière Events was founded as a planning-first, production-second studio. Every client engagement begins with listening, not selling. We have produced intimate celebrations of 20 and corporate events of 600 — with the same discipline at every scale.
Our catering team holds active state food handler certifications. Our event coordinators carry professional liability insurance. Every vendor we recommend has been reviewed in person — not just on the internet.
