Lumière Events is a licensed event planning and catering studio. This policy describes how we handle information submitted through our website and event inquiry forms.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide through inquiry forms, including: name, organization, email address, phone number, event type, proposed date, guest count estimates, and a description of your event vision. We do not collect payment card data, contract documents, or vendor agreements through this website.
3. How We Use Your Information
Inquiry information is used solely to respond to your event inquiry, assess availability, and prepare a written proposal. We do not sell your information to third parties. Vendor partners receive only the information necessary to prepare specific quotes or availability confirmations.
4. Date and Event Data
Proposed event dates shared in inquiries are not reserved and are not stored as holds. Date reservation requires a signed contract. We do not share proposed event dates with competing planners.
5. Data Retention
Inquiry records are retained for 24 months from first contact. Active client records (signed contracts) are retained for the duration of the event plus 5 years per standard business record practices. You may request deletion of inquiry-only records at any time.
6. Cookies
This website uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand visit and inquiry volume. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels.
